Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup berries of your choice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup unshelled sunflower seeds

Directions:

  1. Spread the sunflower seeds in a dish that the goat cheese log is able to fit in.
  2. Roll the goat cheese log in the sunflower seeds making sure to coat completely.
  3. Place coated log on a different dish and drizzle honey over the top.
  4. Scatter the berries around the log.
  5. Spread the cheese over a craker and enjoy.
