Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pan fry Spinach in 2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine until soft.
  2. Melt remaining Butter or Margarine over low heat.
  3. Mince Garlic into melted Butter or Margarine and allow to simmer.
  4. Add Garbanzo Beans to Butter mixture and stir semi-frequently.
  5. Boil Gnocchi to desired doneness and drain.
  6. Add Gnocchi and Garbanzo Bean mixture to Spinach, stir, and reduce heat to warm.
  7. Add Parmasean Cheese, Salt, and Pepper.
  8. Stir.
  9. Cover for 2 minutes.
