  1. 1. Put all the above ingredients into a bowl and mix together and knead until the dough forms a bowl.
  2. 2. Shape small portions of the dough into long snake like strips.
  3. 3. Then cut these into half inch pieces.
  4. 4. bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and drop in the gnocchi and cook for 3 to 5 minuets or until the gnocchi have risen tothe top drain and serve.
  5. If you do not want to use them all then place a lightly floured piece of was paper on to a baking sheet and then put the cut up pieces onto the was paper and then freeze when frozen place them in a baggie and will keep for a month!
