Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 cup honey , warmed until liquid
  • 2 tsp melted butter ( i used the oil , because i was too lazy to heat up something else. i mean, really.)

Directions:

  1. Mix together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the honey and oil (or butter, if you're not lazy, like I am) .
  3. Bake at 325 for 15-25 minutes or until crunchy.
  4. Stir once, half-way through baking.
  5. Add raisins before serving.
