Gluten-free Creamed Chipped Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3-4 tbsp cornstarch - depending on how thick you like it
  • 2 cups skim milk

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, add shredded chipped beef and saute until browned and frizzled.
  2. Sprinkle cornstarch over and stir well. Add milk and stir in quickly. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Pour over toast or biscuits. GF for the GF person! Regular toast for those who don't need to be concerned about gluten.
