Glazed Onions With Mustard & Brown Sugar

Ingredients:

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. add the thawed onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to brown on all sides, 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and gently stir in the mustard to make a smooth coating for the onions. Cook for 2 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley.
  3. Serve hot or warm.
