Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix the brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl.
  2. Arrange canadian bacon on a baking sheet lined with no stick foil.
  3. Brush each piece of bacon with mustard mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Check every 5-10 minutes after to ensure bacon does not dry out.
  6. Glaze should be bubbly and slightly crispy.
