Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. In smaller bowl, mix all other ingredients. Combine until smooth. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on hot griddle. Turn once. Serve topped with apple pie filling, maple syrup and whipped cream.
  2. For whipped cream, mix whipping cream with sugar and beat until fluffy.
