Ginger Sesame Tempeh

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package tempeh
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Cut tempeh into 1/4 strips or small pieces (whatever size you like).
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a small dish, add tempeh and stir to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Pan-fry until browned and crispy, or bake in a 400 degree oven for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
