Gerry's Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 green peppers chppd
  • 2 large onions chppd
  • 2 can 15 oz size tomato sauce
  • 2 can 12 oz size tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp worcestire sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp chppd or minced garlic
  • 1 can 8 oz mushroom-sliced or pieces
  • 1/2 cup parmesaan grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Use large slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours add sliced/cooked sausage the last hour.
