German Potato-Kraut Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb kielbasa
  • 16 oz sauerkraut
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp dill

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Add sausage, sauerkraut, onion, garlic and dill.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add 1 cup hot mix to sour cream and flour. Combine with soup and heat.
  5. Serve immediately.
