Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender.
  2. Melt butter& saute scapes for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat& stir in cream.
  4. Drain potatoes& mash.
  5. Add garlic mixture& combine well.
