Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shell the prawns, and leave the tail intact. (With small sharp knife, make a slit down the back of the prawns and carefully remove the back vein. Wash the prawns and pat them dry.).
  2. Divide the oil between 4 individual heatproof dishes, add 30gr butter to each dish & add 2 crushed cloves of garlic into each dish. Divide the chopped chillies between the 4 dishes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper & put the dishes onto an oven tray and place in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes or until the butter and oil are very hot.
  4. Very carefully remove the dishes and tray from the oven & divide the prawns between the dishes. Return to oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until prawns change colour. Note: Your cooking time will depend on the size of the prawns.
  5. Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped parsley.
