Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Slice the potatos (as many as you need) as if you were making chips, but you make them thicker, around 5mm or 1 cm.
  2. Put the potatoes in a casserole dish, then pour olive oil on them so they're all covered. Press some garlic (after your taste), add salt, pepper, and fresh parsley, all after your taste.
  3. Let it marinate for an hour or two.
  4. Put it in the oven, not too hot (about 150C), so you don't burn them. Let them in there until you find them good enough for you. If you want them crispy, you will have to wait for 1 hour or more.
