Garlic Lovers Roasted Cashews

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in shallow pan over medium-high heat. Add in cashew nuts and toast in pan until lightly browned, stirring constantly. (about 5 minutes).
  3. Using a slotted spoon (to drain off excess butter) transfer nuts to a bowl and add in the garlic salt. Toss, to coat.
  4. Transfer seasoned nuts to a baking sheet. Bake, stirring once, to make sure they toast evenly - about 20-30 minutes or until they are crisp and browned.
