Garlic Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients:

  • 5 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Fill up stock pot with inch or two of water - place steamer insert in the pot, cover with a lid and put the pot on a burner set on high
  2. Wash, trim and cut the cauliflower - slice up garlic
  3. Once the water boils, throw in the cauliflower and garlic - salt liberally
  4. Steam everything until soft
  5. Drain - put everything in food processor - season with pepper - add the butter
  6. Process/pulse until smooth
