Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine mushrooms, zucchini, peppers and onion.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and italian seasoning; mix well.
  5. Unroll pizza daough onyo cookie sheet.
  6. Roll dough into large square.
  7. Cut into 4 equal squares.
  8. Place 1 Tbsp of cheese, 1 Tbsp sauce and 1/4 vegetable mixture on each square.
  9. Fold dough into half over filling.
  10. Press edges with fork to seal.
  11. Brush with egg white and make 3 slits on top of each calzone.
  12. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
