Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pork chops in a 9x13 pan.
  2. (Spray pan with cooking spray, if desired).
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients, using orange juice to achieve desired moistness.
  5. Spread dressing evenly over pork chops.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
  7. This can be made early in the day and refrigerated until cooking time.
