Fruit Sundae

Ingredients:

  • 1 (275 g) can strawberries
  • 1 (275 g) can peach slices
  • 1 (450 g) can pineapple chunks
  • 3 tsp gelatin
  • whipped cream (to serve )

Directions:

  1. Drain syrup from strawberries.
  2. Make up to 200ml less 15 ml/ 1 tbsp.
  3. (6 fl. oz.) with water.
  4. Heat on low flame in a saucepan.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tsp.
  6. (5ml) of gelatine over surface.
  7. Dissolve.
  8. Do not boil.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Cool until beginning to set.
  11. Divide berries equally among 4 tall glasses.
  12. Carefully pour in setting jelly.
  13. Refrigerate.
  14. Repeat with pineapple syrup but without adding water.
  15. Repeat with peaches.
  16. Chill for 1 hour to set.
  17. Decorate with a swirl of whipped cream.
  18. Serve.
