Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add mayonnaise and salt and beat until well blended.
  2. Add nuts and fruits and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Beat cream until stiff.
  4. Add to fruit and fold in by cutting a spoon through cream and fruit mixture and turning fruit mixture over cream. Continue doing this until well blended but do not beat or stir.
  5. Cover and chill for immediate use or pack the salad in a square pan or ice tray, cover and freeze for future use.
