Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can 16oz fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  2. LIGHTLY GREASE ONE 9x9 SQUARE BAKING DISH
  3. COMBINEFLOUR,SUGAR,EGG,SODA,VANILLA AND UNDRAINED FRUIT. MIX UNTIL BLENDED.
  4. POUR BATTER INTO THE PREPARED DISH AND SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH BROWN SUGAR.
  5. BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FIRM
