  1. Preheat oven to 350' Lightly coat 8x4 loaf pan with spray.
  2. Combine 1 TB flour,dried fruit and pecans in small bowl;mix well
  3. Combine remaining 1-1/2 c flour whole wheat flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt in bowl
  4. Whisk eggs,orange juice,oil water,orange peel and vanilla in med. bowluntil well blended. Gradually add to flour mixture,stir just till moistened. Stir in fruit mixture. Transfer to prepared pan
  5. Bake 35-40 mins or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 mins . Remove to wire rack;cool completely.
