Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz) container nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all together in a bowl, pop in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 mins.
