Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a 9 inch springform pan with lady fingers, brush with coffee liquer.
  2. Freeze at least 20 minutes
  3. Combine melted choclate with condendes milk and chill 10 minutes.
  4. Scoop 1/2 of the ice cream into the prepared pan, pressing and smoothing itno an even layer
  5. Evenly top with the chocolate mixture
  6. Scoop in remaining ice cream and spread smoothly and evenly.
  7. Cover and freeze at least 5 hours or overnight.
  8. To serve: remove sides and arrange on serving platter.
  9. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanill and fold in whipped cream or topping.
  10. Evenly spread over cake and dust with the cocoa.
  11. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired
