Frozen Fish Fillets Southern Style

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup shortening or 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Rinse fish.
  2. Mix flour and corn meal and salt and pepper.
  3. Heat shortening or oil to high.
  4. Fry fish to golden brown on both sides and enjoy.
