Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the pineapple chunks with juice, walnut halves, orange juice and ground ginger, mix well.
  2. Add the strawberry halves, blueberries and coconut.
  3. Toss gently to coat the fruit with juice.
  4. Place mixture in an airtight container, leaving room for mixture to expand as it freezes.
  5. Store up to one month in freezer.
  6. Thaw at room temperature.
  7. The fruit mixture will thaw but remain frosty.
