Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup melon ball
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/16 cup champagne
  • 1/16 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Combine fruit in bowl.
  2. In measuring cup, mix together orange juice, honey, champagne and ginger.
  3. Pour over fruit.
  4. Marinate for a couple hours.
  5. Stir to coat.
