  1. Marinade fish with soy sauce and minced garlic
  2. Deep fried until golden brown and crisp
  3. My friend said that if you add alittle salt in the oil, your fish won't stick to the wok
  4. Mix chilli sauce with lemon juice chilli and coriander
  5. Pour over fish, serve
