Fried Potato Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash onion salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. In medium size bowl mix together all ingredients.
  2. Heat skillet with enough oil for frying.
  3. (make sure oil is HOT before you start frying patties).
  4. Drop by tablespoon into hot oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.
