  2. Brown the hamburger meat and add chopped onion.
  3. Continue to cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Mix hamburger with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, and olive.
  5. Heat 4 of oil in frying pan.
  6. Flour the palm of your hand and put in it a heaping Tbsp. of the potato mixture (
  7. With a spoon, scoop out a hole in the center.
  8. Place a Tbsp. of meat mixture in the center.
  9. With well-floured hands, fold top of potato over to completely close it. Gently roll it in your floured hands and place in hot oil.
  10. Fry until golden brown.
