Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dip Tomato slices in flour;coat well
  2. Dip into egg and then the breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper
  3. Refrigerate 1/2 hour or more
  4. Fry in 1/2 inch oil at 375 degrees ( I like to use a cast iron skillet for this) until golden brown
