Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1or 2 sleeve ritz or hi ho crackers crushed

Directions:

  1. Slice green tomatoes about a 1/4 inch thick
  2. Mix salt, pepper and garlic power with the crackers
  3. Dip tomatoes in milk if needed to moisten
  4. Coat both sides in crackers or put it all in a bag and shake
  5. Fry on med heat till golden brown
