Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg and add milk.
  2. Peel and slice cucumbers then dip into cracker crumbs.
  3. Lay cucumber slices out to dry a little then dip into egg mixture and then again in crumbs.
  4. Fry in butter or vegetable oil until golden brown then drain on paper towels.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
