Fresh Tomato Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic
  • 3 clove garlic sliced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme

Directions:

  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in large glass bowl. Stir in tomato and fresh thyme. cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour stirringoccasionally. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  2. May be stored in fridge up to 1 month.
