Tomato Salad With Fresh Basil Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together except oil and basil.
  2. Drizzle in oil, whisking constantly.
  3. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in basil.
  5. Arrange tomato slices on a salad plate and spoon dressing over slices.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. If you desire serve over fresh bed of lettuce.
