Fresh Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
  2. Melt butter, and pour into a 9 x 9 non-stick pan or glass dish.
  3. Pour the batter over the butter. Start in the middle and pour slowly, moving up and down the pan for an even layer of batter.
  4. Top with peaches.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
  6. When done, butter should be baked onto the sides and top, and should be a beautiful golden color.
