Directions:

  1. BRING 3/4 cup of the water to boil. Add to 1 package of the dry gelatin mix in small bowl; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour about 1/4 cup of gelatin into a lightly greased 2 qt. glass bowl or mold. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, peel and slice mango into 1/8-inch thick slices. Arrange slices, overlapping each other over gelatin in bowl. Gently pour remaining lemon gelatin mixture over mango slices. Refrigerate 15 min. until set but not firm.
  2. MEANWHILE, bring remaining 2 cups water to boil. Add to remaining 2 packages dry gelatin mix in large bowl; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk. Refrigerate 30 min. Pour milk gelatin mixture over lemon gelatin.
  3. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate just before serving. Garnish with whipped topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
