Ingredients:

  • 4 cups diced apples
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix apples and sugar together.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients.
  3. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until cake shrinks from edge of pan.
