Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Shape the bread dough into desired shape and size of buns.
  3. *** 1 loaf batch of bread will make two very large foot buns, 4 medium-large buns, or 12 small buns.
  4. Place buns on baking sheet about 6 inches apart.
  5. Cut the toe end of the bun to form the 5 toes.
  6. Spread the toes out a bit. Flaten the foot and toes out.
  7. Using the sliced almonds as toenails is easy... just gently press the fat end of the nut slice into the dough with the pointed end pointing away from the toe tips
  8. Let the dough feet rise about 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
  9. Place in oven and bake 15 - 25 minutes (depending on size).
  10. Remove from oven and gently rub with olive oil.
  11. Cool completely before using! Make sandwiches or serve as buns and let guests make their own sandwiches!
