Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut each pineapple lengthwise in half, through the green top.
  2. Then cut in half again, making 4 wedges with green leaf tops.
  3. Remove fruit and cut into cubes, removing any eyes and fobrous core.
  4. Drain shells upside down.
  5. Combine pineapple cubes, chicken, and celery; cover and chill.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, chutney, and curry; cover and chill.
  7. Just before serving, drain fruit mixture.
  8. Toss lightly with mayonnaise mixture, banana slices, and peanuts.
  9. Fill pineapple shells.
  10. Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with orange sections.
