Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place filets, overlapping, on large piece of foil. Make sure that the piece of foil is large enough to enclose them.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with onion, parsley and mushrooms.
  3. Season with garlic salt and pepper (to taste).
  4. Wrap the foil, crimping the edges to keep in juices.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
