Fluffy Oven Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Pour melted butter into a glass 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and salt together until well blended.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk.
  5. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir, then bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until eggs are set to your liking.
