Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Basic Pizza dough recipe.
  2. I mix all ingredients and never kneed the dough.
  3. Let the dough rise and then form a ball out of it.
  4. The best way to bake this kin of bread on Pizza Stone.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  6. When you putt your dough on the stone or baking sheet then wet your hands and flat the bread.
  7. Bake 15-20 min.
  8. I'm not very good on expressing myself on the paper (sorry).
  9. But you will enjoy this bread at any time of day.
