Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Step 1: Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Step 2: Soften the cream cheese (or use Whipped cream cheese), and blend throughtly with powdered sugar. Mix 1/2 of the Cool Whip into mixture. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Beat together vanilla pudding and milk until thick, and spread on cheese mixture. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Repeat step 3 with the chocolate pudding.
  5. Step 5: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of chocoate pudding layer and sprinkle with remaining nuts (can also use chocolate shavings or sprinkles, or crumbled Heath candy bars). Refrigerate until set. Serves 12
