Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients except fish together in a bowl. Grease pan.
  2. Arrange fish in baking pan and spread mixture over. Bake about 20 minutes.
