Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large frying pan, place the butter and scallions.
  2. Let it cook for about 2 minutes and add the fish in the pan and let the fish get a bit brown on each side.
  3. Then add the orange and the zest in the pan cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the paprika and mix very carefully without breaking the fish too much, until the paprika has dissolved.
  5. Then add the cream to the pan and stir it carefully until well blended.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let it simmer and serve warm.
