Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of red pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp chives

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, add garlic. Beat four eggs. Chop all veggies, add seasoning to taste. Combine ingredients, mix. Oven 375 for 23 minutes, or until stiff.
