Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl,combine the preserves,oil,soy and pepper flakes. Thread shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  2. Grill,uncovered,over medium heat or broil 4 from heat for 2-3 mins each side or till shrimp turn pink,basting frequently with apricot mixture. Serve immediately.
