Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrums
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp franks hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup franks' hot sauce
  • 1 cup ketsup

Directions:

  1. Combine meatball ingrdients, mix well and shape into 1 inch balls
  2. Bake in a 400F oven about 10 minutes or cooked through
  3. In a pot, combine sauce ingredients and simmer 10 minutes until a bit thickened.
  4. ASdd meatballs, stir to coat and heat through for 5 minutes.
  5. Place in chafing dish for serving
