Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the lettuce, cheese and almonds then set aside.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar and mustard.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and whisk until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Divide the salad among 6 plates and arrange the figs on top.
  7. Serve immediately.
